Erin Roland currently serves as the Activities and Events Director and Events and Activities Coordinator for The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., where responsibilities include event coordination and oversight of all USPC Disciplines. Since June 2021, Erin has also operated Dawne’s Designs, offering a range of handcrafted items. Previous experiences include an internship in Activities Event Planning with the United States Pony Club, tutoring physics at Georgetown College, co-captaining the equine team, and working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Early career roles involved farm help at Hillcroft Crescent Farm and an internship at Konecranes, focusing on customer service initiatives.
