Bianca Wingate is a highly experienced professional in the fields of behavioral analysis and psychological counseling. Currently serving as a BCBA and ABA Therapist at The Uncommon Thread since July 2017, Bianca previously held roles such as School Counselor at KIPP New Jersey and Behaviorist at Our House Inc. New Jersey. Additional experience includes positions as Sr. Site Manager, Site Manager, Youth Counselor, Teacher's Assistant, and Sales Associate across various organizations, including Plaid House, Inc., NJIT, and ANN INC. Bianca holds an Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology from The College of New Jersey, complemented by a BCBA Certification.
