Kathryn Lane currently serves as a Sixth Form Student Support Officer and previously held the role of Sixth Form Senior Administration Officer at The UCL Academy since September 2019. Prior to this, Kathryn worked at Regent High School as a Sixth Form Administrator and Behaviour for Learning Administrator from January 2016 to August 2019. Kathryn's career began at the Chartered Insurance Institute, where roles included Contact Centre Team Leader and Call Centre Team Leader, overseeing customer service teams and ensuring service standards. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at Vertex Business Services. Kathryn is recognized for developing team members, enhancing customer experiences, and effectively managing administrative tasks in educational and service environments.
