Erick Maldonado Arochi possesses a diverse background in both engineering and recreational services. Currently serving as a boat pilot and providing waterfront services at The Tyler Place Family Resort since August 2018, Erick delivers exceptional guest experiences through sailing and piloting boats. Prior to this role, a position was held as a camp counselor at Melwood Horticultural Training Center, Inc., where quality inclusive camping experiences were facilitated for campers aged 5 to 18, with a focus on individualized support. Additionally, experience was gained as a general assistant and designer at Engineering and Construction Romero. Erick holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí.
