Jared Thompson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jared started their career at CVS Caremark Corporation in 2009 as a Senior Accounting Assistant, where they handled office administration tasks and financial reporting. Jared then joined Guggenheim Partners in 2013, initially as a Corporate Services Administrator and later as a Paralegal, where they provided operational support and coordination for the legal team.

In 2016, Jared joined The Marcus Buckingham Company as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, CTO, and COO.
