Nabila IKEN has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental assessment and innovation. Nabila currently works as an R&D Manager at the Treep, where they focus on improving the evaluation of greenhouse gas emissions from business travel and guiding users towards less emissive alternatives. Prior to this, they worked as a PhD student at Renault Group, where they designed and tested environmental assessment tools. Nabila also worked at ENGIE, where they built a database linking Life Cycle Assessment results to various parameters and analyzed the impact of these parameters on biogas assessment. Before that, they worked at Renault Group, where they assessed the risks associated with materials in ongoing projects and proposed measures to improve the link between raw material strategy, environmental strategy, and innovation plan. Nabila began their career at Université d'Aix-Marseille, where they conducted research on natural ventilation in confined spaces. Nabila also gained practical experience as a Field Engineer Intern at Schlumberger, where they studied artificial pumping methods and gained knowledge in workplace safety. From 2012 to 2015, Nabila IKEN attended Ecole Nationale Polytechnique and earned an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In 2015 to 2016, they pursued further studies at École des Ponts ParisTech and obtained a Master's degree in Transport and Sustainable Development.
Lastly, from 2018 to 2021, Nabila IKEN studied at Mines Paris and successfully completed a PhD in Management Science.
Additionally, they obtained a certification in Bilan Carbone from the Association Bilan Carbone (ABC) in April 2022.
