Matthew Nord, MBA, currently serves as an Operations Manager at Travelers since November 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at USAA, where roles ranged from Business Process Consultant, overseeing governance for a coaching framework serving 3,500 bank employees and 130 managers, to Bank Manager, leading cross-functional teams in consumer lending and retail banking. Additional experience at USAA includes roles as a Relationship Specialist and Member Services Specialist, focusing on team development and customer service excellence. Earlier in the career, Matthew worked as an Insurance Agent at Northpointe Insurance LLC, advancing from an entry-level position to managing new business personal lines. Matthew holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a degree in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University.
