Kate Dudok, CIC, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a career at Travelers beginning in December 1999, where roles have included Agency Training Manager, Agency Automation Executive, and Customer Service Representative. In the position of Agency Training Manager, Kate Dudok specializes in training agency personnel on website portals and rating applications for Small Business products. As Agency Automation Executive, training was provided to Small Commercial Agents in the Mid Atlantic Region. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at H Jack Schwartz & Associates from November 1994 to November 1999 and as a Commercial Lines CSR at Kroh, Miller & Knight Insurance Agency from November 1986 to May 1988.
