Ilyse Cody is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and business delivery practices across various roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Travelers since September 2019, Ilyse leads portfolio management and has spearheaded Agile transformations in Business Insurance. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Simply Business, Ilyse managed both short- and long-term strategic planning and enhanced organizational capabilities. Ilyse's earlier experience includes significant positions at Wayfair and Bose Corporation, where Ilyse contributed to product management, marketing, and operational excellence. Ilyse holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
