Susan Levine has extensive experience in mental health advocacy and peer support, currently serving as a Committee Member and Mental Health Advocate for M-Power.org since January 2015. This role follows a diverse volunteer background, including significant contributions to the Department of Mental Health and The Transformation Center, where Susan has been involved in consumer advisory and editorial activities. Previous positions include serving on the Board of Directors for NAMI Northeast Essex and co-leading the NAMI Connection Recovery Group. With a robust foundation in mental health services, including residential counseling and patient rights advocacy, Susan also brings entrepreneurial experience from owning a home cleaning business and jewelry design. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from UMass Boston and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Essex Community College.
