Kim Ball is a Licensed Professional Counselor at The Transformation Center, where work began in May 2013 after completing a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling from Johnson University in 2014. With over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, Kim transitioned to the mental health field, starting with a clinical internship in 2012 at Lighthouse and working with clients in the Abuse Intervention and Life Skills (AILS) Program. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Analyst at the Tennessee Valley Authority from March 1987 to March 2011 and serving as a Graduate Student Therapist/Intern at Johnson Bible College from August 2012 to May 2013. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
