Carl Wilson is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Vice President at The Traffic Group, Inc., since May 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing Traffic Impact Analysis processes, specialized traffic studies, and negotiating site mitigation with government officials for various projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, Carl Wilson worked as a Traffic Engineer at Jacobs Engineering from January 1999 to May 2004, where contributions included conducting safety and operational studies for the Maryland State Highway Administration and designing geometric improvements for intersections. Carl Wilson holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Maryland.
