Janet Eastman is an experienced operations specialist with a robust background in property management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at The Towbes Group since August 2020, Janet contributes operational support to residential teams by managing processes and maintaining the operating procedures repository. From January 2018 to August 2020, Janet held the position of Residential Property Supervisor at Meridian Group Real Estate Management, Inc., where oversight extended to a portfolio of 250 properties, ensuring excellent customer service and property maintenance. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Vice President at Gardner Management, Ltd., managing operations across nine multi-family communities and supporting staff development.
