Caroline Crouch has worked as a Jr. Art Director at Tombras since June 2022. Caroline has experience working with clients such as Subway, Caseys, BMW Motorrad, and New Biz. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as a Design Intern at Clique Studios, LLC from May 2021 to September 2021. Caroline also gained experience as a Creative Intern at Boomhitch Design from February 2020 to May 2020.

Caroline Crouch pursued their higher education starting in 2018 when they attended Syracuse University. During their time there, they focused on Communications Design, although the specific degree they obtained is unknown. From 2020 to 2022, they further expanded their knowledge by enrolling in the Savannah College of Art and Design. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA degree, specializing in Advertising with an Art Direction concentration.
