James Gray currently serves as the Vice President of Emerging Brands at The Toasted Yolk Cafe, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, James Gray was the Director of Operations for The Toasted Yolk/Tony's Italian Deli from July 2019 to May 2022. James Gray also gained valuable experience as a Regional Manager at Little Woodrow's from December 2017 to July 2019, and previously held the position of Director of Operations at Twin Peaks Restaurants from January 2011 to December 2015. James Gray is an alumnus of The University of Texas at San Antonio.
