Deependra Pareek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant operations, quality management, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the General Manager of Plant Operations at The Timken Company since May 2018, Deependra previously held the position of AGM for Lean, Quality, and Business Excellence at Timken India from November 2015 to May 2018. Prior roles include National Ops Manager at Busch Vacuum and Head of Program Management and Quality at Ericsson India, where responsibilities encompassed program and project management alongside quality assurance. Deependra has also led corporate quality and engineering initiatives at Ashok Leyland and managed engineering, quality, and lean processes at The Timken Company. Early career experience includes serving as a Quality Engineer at Climate Systems India. Deependra holds an MBA in Operations Management from ICFAI University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
