Chà Phan has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Finance Manager for AYA CUP Vietnam, where they managed financial planning and successfully raised $20,000 in equity financing. In the same year, they also worked as a Global Communication intern at the Haenicke Institute for Global Education. In 2020, they joined JobHopin Asia as a Business Analyst, where they performed intellectual research and released quantitative models. Chà also worked as a Business Analyst for the same company in 2021, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights. In 2021, Chà Phan was a Delegate in the Global Markets and Economy Track at the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR). From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Team Lead - Crypto Investment at SpaceVIG, leading SBSI's first crypto fund and evaluating projects for investment decisions.
