Katie Bergman serves as the President and CEO of The Therapy Room Mind Health and Wellness since May 2020, showcasing significant leadership in the mental health field. Prior to this role, Katie held several counseling and therapy positions, including Counselor at Bay District Schools and Therapist at Gulf Coast Children's Advocacy Center. Experience also includes serving as a Mental Health Counselor at Specialty Counseling & Consulting and Crisis Clinician at Life Management Center of NW Florida, Inc. Additionally, Katie worked as a School Counselor and Behavior Interventionist Para at Laramie County School District #1, emphasizing the development and modification of behavior support plans. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida State University.
