Heath Woods is the Director of Engineering at The Texas Water Company, having previously served as the Engineering Manager at Canyon Lake Water Service Company. Before that, Heath was a Managing Partner at M&S Engineering. Heath holds a BS in Agriculture from Texas A&M University and a BS in Civil Engineering from UTSA.
