Lauren Atkinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Leader for Strategic Projects at The Telegraph since February 2021, Lauren oversees the development and delivery of large-scale projects across multiple departments, including Technology and Editorial, while managing contract negotiations and RFP processes. Prior to this role, Lauren spent over a decade at Dixons Carphone in various positions, including Senior Development Manager, where responsibility included managing innovative initiatives and improving customer journeys. Other roles at Dixons Carphone included Services Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Complaints Manager, each focused on enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2006.
