Amanda Daniel Monroe is a seasoned DEI and HR consultant with extensive experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as a DEI & HR Consultant at ADM Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consulting since January 2021, Amanda has been instrumental in creating tailored DEI programs and strategic HR solutions. In addition, Amanda contributes to HRCI as an HR Credential Item Writer and Coach, enhancing credential examination development. Previous roles include Vice President of People, Culture, and Belonging at The Tech Interactive, where significant reforms improved organizational performance, and DEI Consultant at illuceo, focusing on large-scale DEI projects. Amanda's earlier experience includes developing a DEI assessment product at HudsonMann and serving as an HR Business Partner at Charleston International Airport.
