Mark Fernberg collaborates with the CEO and management team in setting business strategy and financial objectives for the company. He oversees financial, operational, administrative, and compliance activities including financial planning, accounting, treasury, internal and external reporting, business support, M&A, legal, facilities, taxes, and insurance. He is also responsible for lender relationships, risk management, and financing initiatives to ensure the company’s liquidity and capital requirements are met. His ongoing leadership role in upgrading financial systems and business processes.
