Tina K. is an experienced professional in payroll and human resource management, currently serving as a Payroll/HRMS Partner at Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company Ltd since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing payroll and HRIS for over 400 employees, as well as system implementations and training. Prior to this role, Tina held various positions at Prolife Foods Ltd, including Group HR Administrator and Group Payroll Advisor, where involvement encompassed processing payroll for approximately 1300 staff across New Zealand and Australia. Additional experience includes roles in logistics, administration, and community development at organizations such as Waikato DHB, Dold Ind (NZ) Ltd, Greenlea Premier Meats Ltd, and Hamilton Community Law Centre.
