Ahmed Sharaf has a varied work experience in the culinary industry. Ahmed began their career as a Cook at Coral Sea Hotels, Resorts, and Nile Cruises in 2012, where they worked until 2014. Ahmed then joined Four Seasons Hotel as a Cook for a year before moving to Ritz Carlton as a Demi chef and part of the opening team. Ahmed worked at Ritz Carlton from 2014 to 2018. Ahmed then joined suite Inn Hotel as a Chef de Partie in 2018. In 2020, they became the Head Chef at The Tap. After that, Ahmed worked as an Executive Chef at Shrimp Anatomy from 2022. Currently, Ahmed is the Kitchen Manager at Alwaseem Alarabiyyah, starting in 2023.
Ahmed Sharaf attended جامعة القاهره from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in سياحه و فنادق (Tourism and Hospitality).
