Michael Elmes serves as a Professor of Organization Studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since 1990 and is an Associate at the Taos Institute from January 2011. Additionally, Michael Elmes holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Victoria University of Wellington's School of Management since July 2020, and previously was a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the same university in 2005. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organization Studies from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management, attained between 1984 and 1989, an MA in Counseling from Colgate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Union College. Michael Elmes is also a certified Immunity to Change Coach, having completed training in 2012.
