Doug Snyder began their work experience in 2005 as the Director/Agent of the Cleveland Office at The Talent Group. In 2017, they joined Hanford Creative as a Partner. Doug worked at Hanford Creative until 2019.

Doug Snyder attended Kent State University from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Studies. In 2003, they also briefly studied Directing at New York University. Prior to Kent State, from 1995 to 1998, Doug attended Bennington College focusing on Theatre and Sound Recording.
