Neil Webster is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst and IT Project Manager with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently at Symphony Group PLC since August 2017, Neil established the PM function and implemented the EPOD Scanning system, enhancing business analysis processes. Previously, Neil served as Project Manager at Pay360 by Capita, managing multiple implementations and successfully transitioning from a public to private sector role. Along a long tenure at Barnsley Council, Neil advanced from Clerical Officer to Senior Developer, where responsibilities included leading development teams and overseeing the deployment of the Council’s Enterprise Document and Records Management System. Neil's educational background includes studies at Barnsley ITeC and Darfield Foulstone Comprehensive School.
