Kelly Banham has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as the Area Installations Manager at Symphony Group PLC since March 2020, Kelly previously worked as a Kitchen Designer at Howdens Joinery Co, where responsibilities included surveying and designing kitchens. Prior roles include a Residential Sales Negotiator at Tucker Gardner and a Training Advisor at Hastings Direct, where Kelly focused on training new and experienced customer representatives. Earlier experience includes a stylist position at TONI&GUY, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth salon operations. Kelly is an alumnus of Newmarket College.
