ILENIA F. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, sales, and event coordination. Currently serving as an Area Installation Manager and Project Manager at Symphony Group PLC since March 2021, ILENIA previously held positions at Magnet Ltd as a Kitchen Sales Designer and at Young's and Geronimo as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Prior experience includes founding and managing Palladium Night, focusing on event production for high-profile artists, as well as roles at DI AND GI S.R.L. and Mondo Convenienza. ILENIA holds a Master’s Degree in Events Management from Palazzo Spinelli and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Interior Design from Sapienza Università di Roma.
