Shannon Power currently serves as the People Transformation Project Manager at The Social Hub, a position held since October 2022, following the rebranding from The Student Hotel, where the same role was maintained since January 2020. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at The Student Hotel, a Cellar Hand for Harvest Support at Whitehaven Wine Company, a Team Administrator at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, and a Receptionist at the New Zealand Defence Force. Shannon Power holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management with a major in Event Management from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and an Advanced Diploma in Sport Event Management from the New Zealand Institute of Sport. Early education includes completion of NCEA levels 1, 2, 3, and University Entrance at Marlborough Girls' College.
