Clay Jarvis has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Clay began their career in 2002 as a Helpdesk Support Technician at Telvista Inc. In 2004, they moved to TEKsystems as a Field Technician/Computer Support Specialist. In 2005, they joined DCT Systems Group in the same role and also served as a Team Leader and liaison between Technical Support Group and management. In 2011, they moved to Maintech, Incorporated as a Computer Support Specialist and Break/Fix Queue Manager. Currently, they are the NOC Manager at The Strickland Group, where they provide post refresh resolution and supports Break/Fix technicians with incident resolution.
Clay Jarvis obtained their High School Diploma from LD Bell High School between 1979 and 1983. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Technical Specialist I from Datto Academy in July 2016, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows 8 in April 2016, Continuum Certified IT Expert from Continuum Managed Services, LLC in February 2015, A+ from CompTIA, MCSA: Windows 8 from Microsoft, and N+ from CompTIA.
