Katya Narula, MS has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Katya started their career in 2019 at Seed Health, where they worked in member experience, operations, and eCommerce roles. Katya joined Blue Nile in 2021 as a project manager in merchandising. In 2022, they worked at On Deck as part of the Chief of Staff Academy and at Tomorrow Farms as a customer experience consultant and director of strategic operations. Katya was also a member of Primary Venture Partners, YPO, and Twenty, where they served as a mentor. In 2023, they became a founding member of Hello Generalist and a member of Elpha.
