Nick Slack, MBE, currently serves as Chairman and CEO of The START Center for Cancer Research since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Executive in Residence at Warburg Pincus LLC starting in January 2023. Nick's extensive experience in the industry includes serving as President at WCG from March 2018 to December 2022, as well as various executive roles at ePharmaSolutions and WIRB-Copernicus Group from 2012 to 2018. Additional prior positions include Director of Consulting Services at HRP Consulting Group, Associate Director of Accreditation at the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs, and Senior Regulatory Affairs Coordinator at Schulman Associates IRB. Nick holds a Master's degree in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania.
