Lauren Panco currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at both The START Center for Cancer Research and XenoSTART, a role started in April 2024. Previously, Lauren was Vice President of Marketing & Consumer Engagement at Pager from July 2022 to April 2024. Lauren has extensive experience at WCG, where a tenure from May 2011 to July 2022 included positions as Vice President of Growth Marketing, Director of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Associate Project Administrator I, and Document Support/Quality Control Specialist. Earlier experience includes an internship in Marketing Communications at Koroberi, Inc. in early 2011 and a Marketing internship at Kelly MarCom in the summer of 2010. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Carolina State University between 2007 and 2011.
