David Diamond serves as the Global Chief HR Officer at The START Center for Cancer Research since April 2024, leading HR initiatives for the world's largest early phase oncology research network. Prior to this role, David was a Consultant at Warburg Pincus LLC from October 2023 to April 2024, and held dual positions as Chief Human Resource Officer at CITYMD and Summit Health from October 2017 to May 2023, contributing to the growth of healthcare services. David's extensive career also includes senior HR leadership at Golfsmith International and dELiA*s, as well as significant experience in executive search firms such as Hudson Highland Group, Whitehead Mann, and Russell Reynolds Associates. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
