Syed Zia Khan, Pharm.D., BCSCP, currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy at The START Center for Cancer Care since July 2021. Previously, Syed held the Director of Pharmacy position at Option Care Health from March 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included budgeting, purchasing, and the management of drug products, leading to a 20% market share increase and zero FDA observations during inspections. Syed also has experience as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens, where significant achievements included a 20% increase in script volume and exceeding immunization goals. Syed began the pharmacy career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Incarnate Word.
