Nick Ferris is a data journalist currently working at New Statesman and Energy Monitor, focusing on climate crisis, clean energy, and occasionally politics and social policy. Previously, Nick has experience in theatre reviewing and online reporting for various companies such as The Stage Media Company Ltd, Daily Mail, Greenpeace Unearthed, and News UK. Nick holds a Master of Arts in Investigative Journalism from City, University of London, a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCL, and achieved Grade 8 in both Clarinet and Piano from ABRSM.
