Kurt Schultz has extensive experience in policy development and grant administration, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff in the Mayor's Office for the City of Saint Paul since January 2002. Prior to this role, Kurt served as Committee Administrator for the Minnesota State Senate from January 1991 to December 2002, where responsibilities included managing the Senate office and staff for Senator Randy Kelly, as well as overseeing operations for committees chaired by Kelly, such as the Crime Prevention Committee and the Transportation Committee. Kurt Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Latin American Studies from South Dakota State University, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
