James Ingram

James Ingram is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employment services, education, and community outreach. Since 2009, James has served as an Employment/Placement Coordinator and Prisoner Reentry/Employment Specialist at The Community Action Agency of St. Louis County, facilitating employment readiness classes and job placement for unemployed clients. Additionally, James has been a columnist for The St. Louis American since 2004, providing insights on community issues. Previously, James held the position of Program Manager for Afterschool Programs at Provident, Inc., where management of various educational initiatives occurred. Furthermore, James contributed to multicultural outreach efforts as the Liaison for Multicultural Outreach at Maryville University from 1991 to 1999, focusing on recruitment and retention of African-American students.
