Brian Formagus has extensive experience in intellectual property and law firm management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and previously holding the roles of COO and CFO at The Spiggle Law Firm since November 2019. Prior to this, Brian served as Director of IP Services at Sughrue Mion PLLC from September 2017 to December 2018, and as IP Manager at Wenderoth, Lind & Ponack, L.L.P. from January 2015 to September 2017. Additional roles include IP Specialist and General Prosecution Manager at Staas & Halsey LLP from February 2006 to January 2015, New Applications Manager at Oliff PLC from February 2004 to February 2006, and Team Leader of General Prosecution at Banner & Witcoff, Ltd. from September 1997 to January 2003.
