Tanwi Kaushik is a co-founder of The Sparks Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on education reform and student mentorship, active since June 2017. Previously, Tanwi served as Corporate Communications Manager and Business Development Executive at 1 Play Sports Pte Ltd from May 2019 to May 2023. Experience also includes a role as a research assistant at Singapore MIT Alliance for Research and Technology, where a project on the characterization of human bone marrow was designed and executed. Earlier research positions included work at Nanomedik, Inc. and Cornell University, emphasizing engineered antibodies and proteins.
