Mary Arcuri has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mary began their career as a Customer Service Supervisor at Crossgates Mall, where they supervised and trained employees and handled money in large amounts. Mary then worked as a Reservations Manager at Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro and dana hotel and spa, where they managed reservations staff, handled customer inquiries, and assisted with budgeting and revenue reports. In 2014, they became the Director of Reservations & Revenue at The Ocean House, where they oversaw reservations and revenue operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales & Revenue at The Spa at Norwich Inn.
Mary Arcuri attended Hudson Valley Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they received an AAS degree in Business Administration. In 2006, they went on to study Hospitality Management at Kendall College for a year.
