Dirk Camilli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting and account management. Currently serving as the Recruiting Services Manager at The Sourcery since July 2018, Dirk previously held the position of Sr. Account Manager at DeWinter Group from May 2017 to July 2018, and was an Account Manager at Randstad Technologies from January 2010 to May 2017, where responsibilities included delivering Managed Services to Kaiser’s Pleasanton headquarters. Dirk also demonstrated leadership as Head Coach for both the Cal Poly Women's Water Polo Team, achieving national titles in consecutive years, and the Men's Water Polo Team. Dirk holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2009.
