Swati Chakravorty is an experienced hotel management professional with a strong background in operations and leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at The Sonnet since 2004, Swati oversees all operational areas while providing leadership to the hotel, conference, and banqueting staff. Previously, in the role of GM Rooms Division, Swati managed the Housekeeping, front office, and Sales & Marketing teams, focusing on revenue management for rooms and reservations. Earlier career experiences include serving as Assistant Housekeeper at Taj Residency, where Swati developed staff rosters and evaluated employee performance, and starting in Food Production at Taj Bengal. Educational credentials include a Craft course in Food Production and Patisserie from IHM Kolkata and schooling from St Mary's Convent, Kanpur.
