Akash Dutta is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Commis 3 pastry at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel since January 2023. Prior roles include working as a Bakery Chef at FlurysIndia from June 2022 to January 2023, and an On Job Trainee at The Sonnet since April 2021. Akash also gained valuable experience during a trainee position at Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat and Spa from December 2019 to March 2020. Currently pursuing a degree in hotel management since August 2018, Akash earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management between 2018 and 2020. Education was preceded by attendance at Barisha High School.
