Oscar Adrian Montes Iga serves as the Director of Alumni Relations at the Agave Spirits Institute, where the focus is on advancing education related to agave spirits. With extensive experience in the wine and spirits industry, Oscar holds positions including Certified Senior Wine & Spirits Instructor and Education Team Manager at the International Wine & Spirits Guild, and Founder & Sensei of Uncorked Vintage Academia. Additional roles include Sommelier at The Sommelier Company and Food and Beverage specialist at Excelsior Hospitality Management International. Oscar has contributed to Texas Wine & Trail Magazine and served as a Tasting Panel Judge for the Texas Wine Journal. An accomplished educator with various professional diplomas and certifications in food and beverage management, sommelier service, and nutrition, Oscar continues to enhance hospitality education across the industry.
