Mark Constant currently serves as a Case Manager at The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Phoenix since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Shelter Advocate at UMOM New Day Centers, contributing to initiatives that support individuals experiencing homelessness.
