Denis Montrelay is an experienced financial executive currently serving as CFO and Executive Board Member at The Social Hub since October 2022, having previously held the same positions at The Student Hotel from March 2015 to October 2022. Denis's extensive finance career includes roles as Deputy CFO and Chief Investment Officer at The Student Hotel, where significant responsibilities encompassed corporate finance, real estate investments, and M&A activities. Prior to that, Denis worked at Unibail-Rodamco, managing a €3Bn portfolio and focusing on corporate investments.
