Sarah Dear is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social media management and content creation. Currently serving as the Social Media Manager (Europe) at The Social Element since December 2014, Sarah has also held roles as a Copywriter and Engagement Specialist. In addition to this, Sarah contributes to Polpeo's Social Media Crisis Team, providing training for crisis management scenarios. Previous positions include freelance writing for Brighton & Hove Albion FC, project management at Public-i Group Ltd, and production management roles at Moving Brands and Plastic Reality. Sarah's career began with coordination and research roles in television production at Back2back Productions. Academically, Sarah holds a BA in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Sussex and an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism from Brighton Journalist Works.
