Brian Kellogg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different industries. Brian started their career as the General Manager at Paradiso and Balcony Restaurants from 2006 to 2008. Brian later became an IT Specialist at Global Concepts/Long Island Rough Riders/Long Island SC in 2017, where they provided technical software and database support. In 2016, Brian worked as a Data Analyst on a freelance basis for D.C. United, using data to aid in player transfers. Brian also served as a Freelance Scout for the Portland Timbers, scouting and providing breakdowns on amateur players. In 2017, Brian became the Head of Scouting Development - North America at The Scouting Network. Brian was also a Performance Analyst at 10KHours, analyzing player and team data to improve performance. Brian contributed articles as a Freelance Writer for SB Nation from 2017 to 2019, and they served as the Assistant Director of Operations/Head of Scouting and Analysis at The Metropolitan Oval US Development Academy from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Brian is the Director of Analytics at The Soccer Syndicate, a position they have held since 2018.
Brian Kellogg earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from American University in 1995. Brian later completed a Master's Degree in Software Development and Engineering from Pace University-New York from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they obtained certifications in various areas including coaching, sports management, web design, digital graphics, and iPhone application development. Brian also pursued further education in soccer management, scouting, and soccer analytics at Sports Management Worldwide.
